Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz Tiburón Mezcal
• ½ oz orange juice
• ½ oz agave honey or natural syrup
• 2 oz cranberry juice
• Garnish: twist of orange flambe

Preparation

• In a shaker filled with ice, add Tiburón Mezcal, the orange juice, the cranberry juice, and the honey
• Shake, strain, and serve in a martini glass
• Blaze the twist of orange and garnish
